The corner of Yonge and Bloor in downtown Toronto is one of the premier locations in the city. While it’s not as prominent as either King and Bay – home to the banks – or Dundas and Yonge – home to the Eaton Centre – it’s still not too shabby.
And given the redevelopment planned for the area it will grow as a mixed/shopping/residential/office/entertainment area.
Redeveloping the former Stollery’s site – it’s on the south west corner — is one of the major projects for the area. Work has been underway on the site for about a year.
